This week's Living Simply Challenge is to get things out of your kitchen that you no longer have need for. Check the expiration dates on your food or get rid of kitchen equipment you no longer use. The less cluttered your kitchen is, the more you will want to cook in it. Let me know on the forums what you get rid of and how.
