Hey there, my low carbers!
The past few days I've give in to a strange craving for shrimp scampi with tons of garlic, on pasta. I think the pasta was just a carrier for the garlic. I should have eaten, I don't know, garlic zucchini or something. Because I only cared about the garlic. And the pasta turned me into a slug!
Do you find yourself doing that? Compromising on "iffy" food for strange reasons and then suffering the consequences?
You'd think we'd learn :).
We have some good compromises we've found over the years for Thanksgiving, like mashed cauliflower, so at least that's good!
