Ritz Snack Mix 100 Calorie Pack
I'm really becoming fond of these 100 calorie packs. They are easy to grab from the shelf, perfect to bring along on a trip or in your lunchbox, and you know exactly how they'll affect your daily health!
If you're a little less lazy, then get some zip lock containers! Portion out your snacks - whatever they are - into the zip locks. NEVER eat from a big box or bag of snacks. You will undoubtedly eat a lot if you eat from the main package. If you eat from a little container, you tend to at least think about it when you reach the end.

Also, what have you done today for exercise? Really? Here is our exercise log -
post and let us know - or let us know why you weren't able to! There are so many little things you can do. Walk a flight of stairs. Jog in place for 1 minute. Do curls with soda cans. Every tiny little bit helps! Put on your favorite song and dance JUST FOR THAT ONE SONG! Really, it will help!
