Edamame Guacamole Dip Recipe
Edamame is really good for you - and it's easy to make into a dip just like guacamole! It takes under five minutes and is delightfully low carb and healthy.
I just had my mercury filling removed, so I'm busy chelating the loose bits of mercury that undoubtedly got into my mouth during the process. I'm eating a Newman's garlic salsa which also has cilantro in it. Double chelation! Do any of you still have mercury in your mouth? Do you have any concerns?
