In this week's newsletter, we're working with one of my favorites... CURRY!!! If you don't like curries, you probably just haven't tasted the ones right for you. If you love curries, you can go ahead and add this to your repertoire



Have all of your ingredients ready to add to your dish before you start cooking. If you're pinched for time, it shrinks your cooking down to a fraction of the time. Cut up everything that needs cutting, juice everything that needs juicing, etc., and have them all set aside for the active part of your cooking process.
