Hey Guys,

For this newsletter's issue I pulled some of my articles from the past to give you more ideas for this holiday season. Try them out at the same meal and peruse the other articles on the vegetarian site to convert them into great holiday menu items.

Play with different sweet potatoes in your dishes. One of my favorites is the purple sweet potato. When I'm in Seattle I like to pop Into China Town and grab a few to make things like purple sweet potato pie, purple sweet potato bread and candied purple sweet potatoes. They're tasty and great to add a novel appeal to your dishes.
