Bass Pro Shop offers free entertainment. Still looking for something free to do in Las Vegas? Located in the Silverton Lodge at 8200 Industrial Road, The Bass Pro Shop is a store that seems like a museum.



Relax in the foyer where you can sit in front of the rock fireplace. Or... sit with friends in rocking chairs and enjoy the shade on the front porch.





This is a sporting goods store with many wildlife settings that are simular to a natural history museum. Lions, moose, a two story giraffe and bears are mixed in with the hunting and fishing gear. Kids and outdoor sport enthusiasts will be both amazed and delighted.

Always look up while in the store. You never know what might be hanging off the wall.. like this 3-D mural!








Their is a boating and fishing area that seems like you're at the bottom of the ocean while sea critters, sharks and whales swim overhead.







Featured... is the live bass aquarium. You can see fishing lessons profvided by the staff at the tanks... it's all free! Be sure to see the 40,000 gallon freshwater aquarium fed by a canyon waterfall, loaded with fish native to Nevada.

A trout stream works its way through the store filled by brook, brown and rainbow trout.







*You can test-fire a handgun in the indoor shooting range.
*You can test your archery skills on the archery range.
*You can test your rock-climbing skills on a special rock wall.

*Check out the Fine Gun Room to view some of the most beautiful firearms and antique firearms in Las Vegas.


It will take at least 2 hours...if not all day to wander through this huge 2 story - 4 acre - mega shop. Leave time to gamble if you can.
