This section of BellaOnline will specialize in finding unique internet resources for its readers. Fresh articles will be posted often about travel, food, decorating and relocating in the Southwest USA. The content is written by Debra, and she is always looking for new ideas to keep her readers coming back for more.
Debra was born and raised in the Southwest. Her father was also raised in the same town she was born in. That gives her about an 80 year history lesson on the area. She lives in the Southwesternest Southwest town accessible from a major interstate. Yuma, Arizona can be found on the Arizona, Mexico and California boarders.Check out My Southwest Travel Blog
Debra has partnered with her family in many businesses. After business school, Debra helped run a mobile home park, an antique store, and a mini shopping center. She has been a manager for a large retail chain, and owned a craft mall. She is a muralist and faux-finish painter by trade, but is retiring from all the physical labor to devote more time to new ventures. Everyone calls her THAT painter lady and her web site Faux Finishes Bricks has tutorials and a newsletter for those passionate about home decorating with faux finishes and decorative painting.
Always looking for a new challenge, Debra took up the webmasters task and started building sites in 2005. As a part of the baby boomer generation, she will always be behind in the times. It is a fact; some of the boomer generation will be a little slow to grasp the latest technology. Her first site is about mp3 players with guides for those of us that are technically challenged.
Debra admits that she loves new ideas and jumps into any project with passion. She will discuss decorating trends, travel adventures and scrap-booking ideas with customers at the local craft store. Her partner in all these adventures is her loving hubby, Ryan, who owns his own thriving computer services business.
