Crockpot Bread Pudding

Crockpot Bread Pudding

  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 cups - 1/2" bread cubes (slightly dry)
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Preparation -
Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well. Pour the bread cubes into a buttered Crock-Pot. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Let stand about 15 minutes or until the bread is well soaked. Stir in the raisins. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
