Seafood Chowder

  • 1 can condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 4 medium carrots, grated
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4" cubes
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) clams, drained and chopped
  • 1 can (6 oz.) salad shrimp, drained
  • 4 oz. imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled into bits

Preparation -
Combine both soups and the milk in a crockpot. Stir in the carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Stir in the clams, shrimp and crab. Cover and cook on high for about one hour or until heated through. Garnish individual servings with bacon.
