Battling Shyness

A little bit of shyness every now and then is perfectly normal and can happen even to the most confident of people. But for some people, shyness is a perpetual obstacle that prevents them from being able to lead normal and fulfilling social lives. If you are one of those people who struggle with shyness, perhaps it is time to do something about it so that you can improve your chances of finding success in the dating world.

Many times, shyness is used as a self-defense mechanism.
