1/2 cup spicy brown mustard (stone ground mustard, horseradish mustard, etc.)
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp.ginger
Preparation - Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan; score the ham. Mix the marmalade, mustard and seasonings until well blended. (Half of the mixture is for basting the ham and half should be reserved to serve with the ham.) Lightly brush the ham with the marmalade mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 2 hours, brushing with the marmalade mixture about every 30 minutes. Place a foil tent loosely over the ham for the last hour of baking. Remove from the oven and let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Heat the reserved marmalade mixture to serve with the ham.
