As many readers here at the Homeschooling site at BellaOnline have noticed, I often put free resources on the forum. While these resources are often amazing, they are also short lived. Many of them have limited time downloads, or are offered until supplies are exhausted. That being said, there are several free resources you can count on for continuity and reliability in terms of homeschool materials. Here are some ideas to access these materials, as well as the sites to go with them. You can find the sites listed at the end of this article.

For those of you studying Greek and Latin, Textkit offers wonderful online texts for free. These resources are comprehensive and printable. If you are looking for an introduction to Greek and/or Latin for your homeschooler, this is a good place to start.

If you are in search of a Lnaguage Arts/Grammar curriculum then look no further! Mcgraw-Hill offers free downloads of the Treasures workbooks for grades K-6. They are all comprehensive resources for grammar basics.

Reach Every Child is a free resource loaded with lesson plans, resources and more. Horace Mann sponsors this site and it is a must for homeschool and classroom teachers to visit. Search for your upcoming school year subjects on the site, and you will find a plethora of ideas and printable material.

If you are in search of free Math videos to help reinforce your current lessons, check out "Teacher Tenmarks". This site offers instructional videos on topics like calculating perimeter or integers. Keep this site handy for extra help throughout your Math curriculum.

Are you teaching your child about World Cultures this coming school year? If so, you will want to check out the WSU website, which offers alot of resources. There are links for reading, study guides, Mythology, Ancient Greece and much more, These resources are geared for older homeschoolers, grades eight and older.
