Have you been faithfully watching the ABC reality romance show The Bachelor and thought to yourself, "I should be the one getting the red rose." If so, you'll want to be in Orlando, Florida, this Saturday.
A popular spot for weddings and honeymoons, Walt Disney World will join the popular reality show to play match-maker for those looking for love and a bit of television fame to go with it. The show's casting directors will not only be looking for the next primary character, but also the pool of contestants from which the "Bachelor" has to choose a mate from.
The casting call is open to all single individuals 21-years of age or older. Participants must complete a downloadable application prior to the audition, be prepared for on-camera interviews and bring government-issued photo identification for age verification. The downloadable application, along with a complete list of rules and regulations, can be found at www.wftv.com (the Orlando ABC affiliate's Web site).
All events will take place at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island, Saturday, April 17, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. There is no admission fee to Pleasure Island during the casting call and the audition is open to the general public.
