Since abandoning her crayon days, Lorna studied English and Professional Writing at the University of Toronto in Mississauga, Ontario. She served as the Features Editor for The Medium, the campus weekly newspaper, where she launched a sex and relationship column and a health and fitness column.
Since graduating university, Lorna went on to a copywriting position with a web marketing company for one year. After that, she started a new job as a magazine Managing Editor and Communications Specialist in North York, before she got promoted to Managing Editor of the company magazine.
Lorna has written many reviews for theatre and film, short stories, screenplays, a published non-fiction book, and an unpublished fiction novel.
Last September, she competed on BookTelevisionīs The Next Literary Superstar where she wrote an entire novel in just three days.
Also an independent actress, Lorna has appeared in short and feature films, a music video, and theatre, including Norm Fosterīs The Long Weekend.
