There are many books out there about how to be your natural and best self. Most of these books are written especially for women. Warrior Goddess Training: Becoming The Woman You Were Meant To Be by HeatherAsh Amara is one of those books. It is written for women by a woman who is sharing her experiences, knowledge and training with other women.

The book is written in three different sections. The first section is the one that sets the foundation for the rest of the book. It helps you build a foundation with the knowledge and exercises that will make the rest of your journey possible. The middle section of the book is the longest and most detailed section. This is the section that is based on your actual transformation. The final section in the book is the last chapter and is meant to be inspirational.

This book is an inspired piece of literature. The author appears to be knowledgeable on the topic and has experienced the things that she is suggesting to others. There are personal stories and examples that help the reader feel a connection to the author.

This is a book of deep reflection and transformation. If you are looking for a book that you can just read and it makes things better in your life, this is the not the book for you. Any transformation takes work and dedication. There is solid advice in the book that could help make someone’s life better. That will only happen if the person does the work.

Shamanism and mysticism are main influences in this book. If you have no knowledge of Shamanism, the book will still make sense to you. This book is not for people who are uncomfortable with Shamanism or mysticism. It is also not for people who are uncomfortable with change or uncomfortable with taking a clear look at themselves.

This book is for people who want to work on a personal transformation. There is solid advice and information to guide people on their path. This book is a good read and can be inspirational. Three are no step by step guidelines or one simple action plan. Each chapter has exercises and suggestions on what to do next. It is up to the reader to determine what they will accomplish.

I purchased this book because I was interested in the subject matter.
