1. 2 demi and 1 grand plié, rises in 1st position
facing fwd, 2 demi plié in 1st position, grand plié,
rise on demi plié from grand plié - arms overhead and down -
4x R, 4x L
2. Grand Plié with port de Bras
deep plié in 1st position,
port de bras, rise to demi point,
deep plié in 1st position, balance with arms 5th en haut -
repeat in 2nd, 4th, and 5th psitions
3. Grand battement in 2nd position
face barre - point toe in 2nd, rise, lower,
close 5th 4x, lift and close 8x
4. Battement tendu, battement relevé encroix
slide point fwd in 4th, demi plie in 4th,
press up to pointe, transfer weight back in 4th,
close 5th front,
repeat in 2nd and 4th back
5. Battement tendu with demi plié-encroix and 1st
stretch foot fwd in 4th, close 5th with a demi plié,
stretch foot side in 2nd, close 5th with a demi plié,
stretch foot back in 4th, close 5th with a demi plié
stretch foot side in 2nd, close 5th with a demi plié,
repeat above set 4 times
stretch to 2nd and close in 1st with a demi plié 16x
6. Battement tendu without plié-encroix and 1st
repeat above without plié
7. Battement Dégagé encroix, 1st and 4th
brush fwd in 4th, close 5th, brush side in 2nd, close 5th back,
brush back in 4th, close 5th, brush side in 2nd, close 5th front,
repeat set 4x
16x in 1st position, and 16x in 4th position fwd and back
8. Battement dégagé encroix in 3, 2, and 1 count
brush fwd and close 5th front,
brush side and close in 5th back,

9. Battement frappé single and double
16 single back and front and out to 2nd,
16 double back and front and out to 2nd,
finish front on ankle on demi pointe and balance
10. Battement frappé, single and on demi pointe and balance
preparation: foot to ankle
stretch to side and bend in back of ankle,
stretch to side and bend in front of ankle in 16 cts,
repeat on demi pointe, and balance on knee
11. Battement frappé, double and on demi pointe and balance
preparation: foot in ankle
beat back, front & extend to 2nd,
beat front, back & extend to 2nd 16x,
repeat on demi pointe and balance in attitude,
retiré and developpé into attitude
12. Rond de jambe à terre, endehors et endedans
preparation: slide foot fwd and to 2nd -
8x ronde de jambe à terre outwards
8x ronde de jambe à terre inward
ending - circle R leg back to 4th, plié on L supporting leg, lean head to barre,
circle R leg fwd to 4th, plié on L supporting leg, lean head out,
close 5th front and turn into barre on demi pointe arms down,
finish facing opposite direction, spring down and open arm to side
13. Ronde de jambe à terre
preparation: small developpé fwd and side -
8 rond de jambe endehors, 4 slowly raised,
8 rond de jambe endedans, 4 slowly raised,
soutenou - circle R leg back in 4th, to side in 2nd,
fwd, low to floor on front foot, in plié, back leg straight,
bend fwd, touch floor, arm up over head,
rise and relevé up in backbend till both arms meet overhead,
and then straighten upper back, balance
14. Rond de jambe en l'air endehors et endedans
preparation: grand battement
2 ronde de jambe en l'air endehors and close 5th back and brush up to 2nd
2 ronde de jambe en l'air endedans and close 5th front and brush up to 2nd
15. Grand rond de jambe enláir endehors et endedans
from 5th, brush R leg to 4th, carry to 2nd and 4th back and close 5th back,
brush R leg back in 4th, carry to 2nd and 4th front and close 5th front -
repeat 4x
