Preparation - Whisk the Dijon mustard, honey, dill, and grated orange peel together; set aside. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for use. Place the quartered chicken pieces on the prepared grill, about 8" above the coals. Brush with half of the honey-mustard mixture. Grill for about 20 minutes, turn, and brush with the remaining honey-mustard mixture. Continue grilling about 20 more minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. Makes about 4 servings.
