Sweet and Savory Apricot Bites Recipe

Serves 12

4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
12 fresh apricots, halved
cup pistachios, finely chopped
1 tsp cinnamon


Add 1 tsp cinnamon to cream cheese. Stir cream cheese until smooth.; pipe or spoon into apricot halves.
Sprinkle tops with pistachios and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Serve as an appetizer, snack, or dessert.
