Just Be – A Mantra for Inner Peace and Strength

Whether times are difficult or times are just status quo, there are just some days that your energy lags, your drive slows down and you really just want to Just Be! What does that mean? Perhaps it means that sometimes you have to give yourself a break. People are so hard on themselves. Too often they expect themselves to be superhuman. Maybe it means that sometimes you can expect a little less from yourself momentarily because you know in your heart that you will get things back up to pace in a little while. Sometimes you need to tell yourself that it’s okay to take a breather and to JUST BE… Here is a mantra to help you to JUST BE.

I am tired today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am frightened today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am anxious today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am hopeful and waiting – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am drained of energy today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am disappointed today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am frantic today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am depressed today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am lonely today – I tell myself – JUST BE.
I am overwhelmed today – I tell myself – JUST BE.

Just be – be me – be aware – be there – for me – think free – let peace fill me as I remember – for today I can allow myself to just be – so that peacefulness will envelope me. First I must allow peace to be to make room for strength to grow within me. To just be will be my gift from me to me – and each day it will become easier to just be – to just be a more peaceful stronger me – just for today, just for now I will allow myself to JUST BE!

Afterwards, tomorrow, I will be less tired, less frightened, less anxious, less expectant, less drained, less disappointed, less frantic, less depressed, less lonely, less overwhelmed. I shall still be hopeful, I shall be stronger, and I shall have a clearer vision.

Tomorrow, I shall JUST BE - REJUVENATED!

So when you need to JUST BE – concentrate on the words of the Mantra, the reasons you feel how you feel, the benefits of giving yourself a break and the fact that you should remember to be kind to yourself. Be your own best friend and occasionally allow yourself to - JUST BE – and hopefully REJUVENATION will follow!
