Offsite Links

Where To Find Offsite Links

If you click on any subject heading on the Daughters home page it will take you to a list of articles and sub categories. Under each subject is a subcategory with the title *Web Sites- Subject Name*. This will only be visible if there are offsite links related to that subject; not all subjects will have links to other sites.

For example if you click on the Cooking Helps subject you will see on the next page the title, *Web Sites- Cooking Helps*. Click on this and you will see a list of links pertaining to the subject category.

Please Note: By clicking on an offsite link you will leave the BellaOnline site. If you wish to open the link in a new window, move your cursor on top of the link, right click, and select "Open link in new window" or "Open link in new tab".

How Are Websites Chosen For Links?

Websites that are included on the Southern Cooking Site have been personally reviewed by the Editor.

6 things are considered when reviewing a website.

1. Navigation
2. Loading Time
3. Advertising
4. Safety (personal and computer)
5. Eye Appeal
6. Content

Taking those six things into consideration, Websites that are included on the Southern Cooking site have straight forward navigation, fast loading time, minimal advertising that can be seen by all ages, does not download spyware or other viruses to your computer, is not a known site where online predators lurk, has a nice layout without too much or too little graphics, and contains no vulgar, immoral, violent, pornographic, suggestive or inappropriate content.

Basically, websites suitable to be included as links are not offensive toward any age group.
