In the Properties Inspector, you will also notice that the image is no longer a Movie Clip. It is now a Bitmap image. We need to make the globe a Movie Clip again so that we can apply a filter. Right-click on the image and choose Convert to Symbol from the pop-up menu. Give the Movie Clip the name of "Globe2" and keep the Type set to Movie Clip. Click OK. In the Properties Inspector, give the Movie Clip an Instance Name of "Globe2".
Click on the Filters Tab in the Properties Inspector and click on the Plus sign. Choose Adjust Color from the menu. You will see that Adjust Color has been added into the box and slider controls are now available for the Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and Hue settings. For this example, we will only be working with the Hue settings. But, you can experiment with the others as you like.
Right-click on Frame 10 in the Timeline and insert a Keyframe. Click on the Globe to see the Filter Tab controls again. Move the Hue slider from zero to 90. The globe will change to a blue color. Right-click on the Timeline between Frame 1 and 10 and choose Create Motion Tween from the pop-up menu.
Repeat the last step. Set the Hue to 180 on Frame 20 and add another Motion Tween. The globe will be purple.
Right-click on Frame 30 and add another Keyframe. We want to put the Hue almost back to the original color as in Frame 1, which was a zero setting. Move the slider control to set the Hue to 2. Add a Motion Tween. Test your movie.
Click on Scene 1 in the Edit bar to go back to the main movie. Test your movie again and save your work.
