Fruit and Yogurt Salad

Fruit and Yogurt Salad

  • leaf lettuce
  • 2 medium apples, chopped
  • 2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange sections
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 8 oz. strawberry yogurt

Preparation -
Line individual salad plates with leaf lettuce. Combine apples, grapes, mandarin oranges and flaked coconut; toss lightly. Spoon fruit mixture onto lettuce-lined plates. Drizzle strawberry yogurt over fruit. Makes 4 servings.
