Glazed Smoked Pork Chops

Glazed Smoked Pork Chops

  • 6 large smoked pork chops
  • 3 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup

Preparation -
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for use. Lightly oil the grate or spray it with non-stick cooking spray. To prepare the glaze, whisk the Dijon mustard, maple syrup together in a cup or small bowl; set aside. Place the smoked pork chops on the grate and grill over hot coals, about 4 minutes per side. Brush the pork chops with the glaze, turn and grill for 1 to 2 minutes, or until nicely browned. Brush the other side of the pork chops with the glaze, turn and grill for one or two minutes on that side. Remove the pork chops from the grill. Top with the remaining glaze before serving.
