Welcome to the Scottish Culture site. I'm so glad you decided to visit and I hope you make this site a regular stop on your travels. I live in a culturally rich town which hosts high calibre music, theatre and cultural events such as the Nairn Book & Arts Festival and Nairn Highland Games (this year’s event takes place on 21 August 2010 at The Links in Nairn). I live close to many places of cultural and historical interest including Brodie, Cawdor and Urquhart Castles, Culloden, Findhorn and Loch Ness.

This site covers all aspects of Scottish culture and life. You will find articles about Scottish writers, music and theatre, Scottish history and historical places, Scottish cities, towns and islands, Scottish food and drink and much, much more. So please come back often to see what is new! I plan to add one new article a week to the site. Please also register on our forum to get involved in discussions about Scottish culture with like-minded people.

Since you are on this page you may have an interest in the site newsletter, Scottish Culture. Subscribing to the newsletter is a good way for you to know when I have published a new article. In addition to highlighting new articles, the newsletter will also mention what is new on the forum, what is new at BellaOnline and will feature lots of other exciting information. The newsletter will be delivered once a week on the same day. It will be a very quick read and will not clog your inbox with unnecessary information.

You will notice a box on the left of the screen that says Free Newsletter with a space underneath for your email address. Don't worry, your email address will not be sold or shared. Please adjust your spam filters to accept email from BellaOnline. You will receive a confirmation email to ensure that your email is letting our messages through. If you do not receive this confirmation email please check your spam folder. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Once more, welcome to the site and please visit Scottish Culture again.
