Christmas Miracle in Phoenix

The year ends with a Christmas miracle in Phoenix Arizona. Police rescued the little 5-year Natalie Rose Flores who was kidnapped from her apartment complex around 2:15 p.m. Police issued an amber alert including information regarding the pickup that grabbed Natalie Flores. Later that night police spotted the same vehicle and ended up on a police chase. Yet, in the end Natalie Flores was rescued and has been dubbed a “Christmas Miracle”.

In Maryland unfortunately there is no happy ending for the family of 11 year old Sarah H. Foxwell. Sarah Foxwell disappeared Tuesday from her Eastern Shore home. A relative reported her missing in the early morning. Her toothbrush was missing from the home. Thomas J. Leggs junior was arrested and apparently knew the little girl through her aunt and legal guardian, Amy Fothergill.

Another child in the home allegedly saw “Tommy” leave with Sarah Foxwell, giving police a description of what he was wearing. Thomas Leggs was wearing the same clothes as described when police questioned him about the girl’s disappearance. He apparently was uncooperative during questioning. A search of his vehicle turned up Sarah’s green toothbrush. Sarah Foxwell’s body has been located in a wooded area by the state line of Delaware on Christmas day.

Thomas Leggs is a registered sex offender and was previously convicted on rape of a minor under the age of 16. In addition he has recent legal charges regarding burglary, property damage, and assault. He has been arrested regarding Sarah Foxwell’s disappearance.

Lastly to end the year on a horrid note, a pediatrician from Delaware has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing his patient’s .The Delaware pediatrician, Dr. Earl Bradley has been practicing in Lewes Delaware for a decade. The doctor has been charged with according to CNN News “eight counts of first-degree rape; four counts of second-degree rape; 14 counts of sexual exploitation of a child; and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.”

Anyone who was a patient of Dr. Earl Bradley and feels he may have violated them should contact their local authorities. There are already seven victims identified and authorities believe there may be at least 100 others. This may be due to pictures and videos recovered by police showing the doctor abusing patients.

Dr. Earl Bradley holds a medical license to practice in the following states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida, and it is possible there may be victims in those states as well. Please talk to any children who may have been a patient of Dr. Earl Bradley in any of these places, and if there is a suspicion of abuse contact authorities immediately. Doctors should never examine minors without another adult present, preferably the parent or legal guardian of the child; unless it is an emergency and a parent cannot be located. Then another adult should be in the room to advocate for a minor child.
