I wish there was no need for a website with the words missing, exploited, or children. Sadly children do disappear daily. Although in many cases a child may simply have wandered off to explore his or her surroundings. Other children may become lost, or choose to runaway.
A parental abduction is when a child is abducted by a parent in an act of revenge toward the other parent. If you see a missing or kidnapped child, please do not approach the child or the abductor, instead call 911 or your local law enforcement officials immediately. Do not approach the child or abductor as the kidnapper may have a weapon.
When a child disappears and is believed to be in grave and immediate danger an Amber Alert is activated. If there are active amber alerts you will see the information displayed in the yellow ticker below these words.
