Citrus Party Punch

Citrus Party Punch

  • 1 - 12 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 1 - 12oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 1 quart pineapple juice
  • 1- 2 liter bottle ginger ale
  • frozen fruit ice mold - (see directions below)
  • For an alcoholic punch, add 12 to 16oz. of peach schnapps.

Preparation -
Empty frozen juices into punch bowl. Pour in pineapple juice. Stir until well mixed. Add gingerale and stir gently. Place frozen fruit ice mold in punch bowl. Serve immediately. As ice mold melts, the fruit slices will float in punch bowl as garnish.

Frozen fruit ice mold - A day before punch is to be served, slice 1 lemon, 1 lime, and 1 orange. Place sliced fruit in a large jello mold or plastic container. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup marachino cherries. Strawberries can be used also. Carefully add water to mold or container, allowing space for expansion. Place in freezer. When frozen solid, ice mold is ready for you punch bowl, complete with fruit for garnish. Dip bottom of mold in warm water to remove ice from mold, as you would molded
