Crockpot Oatmeal

Crockpot Oatmeal

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 T. butter - melted

Preparation -
Spray the inside of a crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place all the ingredients in the crock-pot and stir to mix well. Cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Wake up and enjoy a heart healthy breakfast! Makes about 6 servings.
