Preparation - Combine baking mix, milk and eggs.in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth until smooth. Stir in mini chips. For each pancake, pour batter onto a lightly greased griddle. Cook until bubbles appear. Turn, cook on other side until lightly browned. Serve warm with butter or margerine, Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or top with syrup.
