Preparation - In mixing bowl, combine sour cream and salad dressing mix. Stir to blend well. Add a few drops of blue food coloring and mix well. Spoon dip into a shallow, clear glass bowl. Place the bowl in the center of a large plate or serving tray. Place a variety of goldfish crackers, large and small around the bowl.
