Cole Slaw


Cole Slaw

  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrot (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation -
Grate or shred the cabbage. Place it in a large bowl. Stir in the grated carrot (optional). Whisk all the other ingredients together in a separate bowl. Pour the mixture over the grated cabbage and stir to mix well. For best taste, refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
