Use fresh or frozen red raspberries to create a decadent chocolate raspberry dessert that looks just as fabulous as it tastes! Preparation - If using frozen raspberries, drain. Rinse fresh raspberries under cool water. Puree the raspberries in a food processor or blender. Pour the pureed berries into a mixing bowl. Fold the whipped topping into the pureed berries. Layer the cooled chocolate pudding and the raspberry mixture in 8 individual parfait or tall dessert glasses, beginning and ending with the chocolate pudding. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and set. Top individual parfaits with a dallop of whipped cream or whipped topping just before serving. |
