1. Starting from the roof in the NE corner of the district, go west along a second story beam and drop to an open courtyard up a level from the ground. There’s a flag in the middle of this “room”.

2. Climb to the roof from #1 and jump west to a yellow roof garden. Look SW from this roof garden and a level down to a flag.

3. From Templar #1, go SW to a nearby set of scholars. Climb the roof immediately south of the scholars and look to the south to see a flag on a hanging wooden platform.

4. Look south from #3 and you will see a flag on an awning overhanging the canal from the west side at about the same level as you are on.

5. Climb back up to the roof garden above #4 and leap diagonally to the building W/SW from you. Go west across this roof and drop down to a flag.

6. From #5, go one building west and then jump north across to the hanging platform. Enter the secure inner courtyard of the building north of you and find a flag in the NW corner under the roof.

7. Return to the hanging platform outside the walls of #6 and jump back south to the building. Follow the rooftops to the west across one road. Drop down to a flag at the next roof edge.

8. Continue west along the north wall to a guarded archway leading north. There is a flag on the center beam above the guards.

9. Cross to the north side of the archway from #8 and continue west along the rooftops, now north of the wall. Drop down twice against the wall to get to the flag near the corner.

10. Return to the archway and exit to the south. Turn west along the wall once you exit and climb to the rooftop. Go south to a rust-colored rooftop garden. Drop down one level on the south side of the garden into a fenced porch area with a flag.

11. Go SE from #10 to a view point tower. Go east a few paces from the view point tower and drop into an enclosed courtyard. The flag is in a nook on the north side.

12. Go west to the city wall and follow it south at ground level. It will turn SE and come to a well by the canal. The flag is near the canal east of the well.

13. Follow the canal east from #12 until it starts to turn NE, then proceed NE to a set of vigilantes. Climb the ladder south of the vigilantes to a rooftop then look down over the south edge to a flag on a dead-end bridge over the canal.

14. Go to the westernmost bridge that crosses the canal and head south from there. Continue straight south, jogging just a bit to the west, and you will see above you a flag on a beam. This is even with the SE corner of a fenced area with an orator.

15. Go west to a set of vigilantes and then south to a city gate. Climb to the first roof garden on the south side of the gate. Jump NE from the roof garden to a patio with a flag.

16. Drop down and enter the marketplace north of you. The path starts NE and then turns east. Once it turns east, look up into the rafters for the flag.

17. Drop to the ground from #16 and continue east until the path turns NE again. At this point, look into an alcove on the SE side for the flag.

18. From #17, exit the market to the NE and then climb to a roof garden on the roof to the NW of the exit. Backtrack SW along this roof and drop down by a palm to the flag.

19. Return to the NE marketplace exit. Head north at ground level until you pass under a set of boards hanging from a rope over the middle of the road. Look east into the next alcove you come to for a flag.

20. Work your way NE from flag #19 to a set of vigilantes. From these vigilantes, climb the building due north. From there, jump across to a large dome at almost the same level to the NE. The flag is at your level on the N side of the dome.

21. Leap across to the east from the dome and go to the eastern ledge of this roof. Look below you to the SE to see a flag atop a pillar. There are three pillars in a row. You can climb the shortest southern one and jump across to get the flag.

22. Drop down from the pillar and go NE to the road that leaves the pillar area heading east. Go east while watching for an alley leading to the north down some stairs. The flag is at the bottom of the stairs.

23. Come back up the stairs from #22 and climb the building on the south side of the road. Go a few paces south to a tile roof over an enclosed courtyard. Drop down and the flag is at the west end of the courtyard.

24. Return to the set of vigilantes from #20. Get to the roof above them to the east. From this roof, look east along the row of double arches near the roof. The flag is in the last set of double arches before you reach the view point tower. Drop down from above and catch the ledge.

25. Return to the roof spot from #24 and go SE to the domed roof a level above you. The flag is on the peak of the roof to the south of the dome.

26. Head east along the roof line from #25 to the base of a view point tower. Look SW from here across the road to see the flag in a rooftop patio.

27. Go west from #26 to a yellow rooftop garden. Go south from here to an orange rooftop garden. Drop down to an alley SE of the orange garden to a flag.

28. Return to the orange rooftop garden and travel west along the peak of the roof over the market. The flag is on the peak near the western entrance.

29. Return again to the orange rooftop garden and walk south along the roof to the edge. Look across the road S/SE to see a flag in an enclosed patio a level below you. You’re just about at the corner of the middle district here.

30. Climb up to the west to exit from #29 and jump west across the gap to a roof. Continue west to a ladder leading up one level to the SW. There’s a flag at the top of the ladder.

31. Follow the rooftops SE from #30 to a spot immediately above an orator. Walk east a few paces to a roof garden then turn south a few paces to an enclosed courtyard below you. The flag is on a ledge in the NW corner of the courtyard.

32. Enter the palace from the main entrance and make your way to the roof. There is a flag right in the middle of the NE side of the roof immediately above the front entrance.

33. Drop down inside the courtyard from #32 and exit through the middle of the NW wall. Go SW down stairs and back up, then to the second pillar with plants on top. Look left to a flag on a platform in the middle of a pool. You have to jump across water via a pillar to reach it.
