Now we're up to Nov 3 1942, in Al Alamein Egypt. It's a toasty 50F. You're told to secure gaps in the minefield.

Start out moving through the tunnel, shooting as you go. There are some cool visual effects - dirt falls on your head as you go. You come out in the middle of a giant tank battle. Checkpoint.

Follow the tanks across the valley, staying close against them. When you get to the other side, go down into the trench and over to the right. Head into the tunnel. Now go out and down into the concrete bunker. Shoot the barrels around the corner. checkpoint.

Head down into the hole. Of course, there are more guys in here to slay. Move through into the dirt tunnel again. Now head out into trenches by a big gun. checkpoint.

Continue around to the left. You head down into another concrete bunker, then up the stairs. Head right into the trenches. You'll see tanks up above you. Move around and into the concrete bunker. Be warned - there are lots of bad guys in here, it works well to throw in a grenade. Now there are 3 remaining. checkpoint.

Go out to the left, through a dirt tunnel. checkpoint.

Come out and follow along behind the tank as it heads towards next trench line. You get a checkpoint halfway across, as your tank gets blown up. Follow the next tank the rest of the way across. Duck behind the rock and a lob grenade in. Be careful about the minefields!

Work your way down into the trenches and move along your troop area. The last gun is soon taken out. Your guys blow out the bunker door. Go in and down. There are lots of enemies - go out the back door to a dirt tunnel. Now you're told about a rally point. Ahead of you, you'll see buildings. Use a sniper rifle to take out the enemies up there.

You'll get over to the buildings finally. Kill everyone inside and get to the inner room on the upper floor for the radio. After you use it, go out to your team of guys. When you get to the gold star - obj complete.

Note - if the game seems to jam and won't "end" this means you didn't follow the tanks properly. It won't tell you that, but it considers the tank following to be an objective and if you didn't do it well, it won't let you out of the mission :)
