The car is on Yorktown. Head down the alley, hop in the car, and and suddenly guys show up to chase you down. It's "Lyle's Ride". Take off quickly while they are shooting at you. Make sure you slow down for that first corner! The key here is to drive carefully so you don't get caught up on other cars or obstacles, so you actually survive until you get to the ending spot.
