take him for a ride to the ferry and get jumped by the cops (3 stars)
spin and run as you hit the yellow zone
a repaint will make your stars go away for a short time
race down and jump the callahan bridge (always the right side)
when you hit staunton island, head for the new safe house (2 car garage!)
unlocks some multiplayer content
bridge is still technically closed, but you can jump back and forth.
