I really don't like this mom. At least in the original GTA3 you felt like you were always moving up in the world. In this one it's just a series of disrespect issues.

In any case, now she goes on and on about this racing guy. You therefore have to out-race him and then slay him.

First, look for a fast car. The mob car works well. Run the race to get a feel for it, and then win it. Then track down Sucho, the enemy, as he tries to get away, and shoot him.

Once you win this mission, you're told that you'll be challenged by other racers in future times.
