Make a Shake - Earth Day Challenge

Today's Earth Day Challenge involves making a shake or juice! It's up to you if you want to use veggies, fruits, berries, or a combination of them. You can make a celery-kale-mushroom shake. You can make a strawberry-raspberry-banana shake! The idea is that you're eating heathy, fresh, nutritious ingredients and giving more thought to the things that you eat.

Make a Shake - Earth Day Challenge You get bonus points if you are able to buy your produce locally, or grow it in your own back yard! You also get bonus points if you're able to find some organic ingredients. Organic veggies, fruits, and berries help us keep our world pesticide-free. That's good for the bumblebees, the birds, and for all of us.

When you've made your juice or shake, chime in to let us know you've achieved the challenge!

If you want an even better challenge, some of us will be juicing for the entire week. Whether you choose to do one shake, a full day, or a full week, we'd love to have you join us!
