You are a sniper, use B to reload, and shoot the 3 bad guys. Just be slow and patient, and it's relatively easy. Once the first three are down, another one shows up higher up. Note that you can crouch, to take cover.

Once they're taken care of, now go back to the cafe. You get a Roman thumbs up.

Chat with Roman on the phone. Jacob calls to say hi, then Vlad calls you. He says you have to work for him or have Roman get beaten up. Wait, more calls! Roman calls - he wants you to be a real driver. call whenever you want a fare. This is untimed taxi work.
