Hook, Line and Sinker

You're told a guy is at the northern mouth of the west river. You're given a sub machine gun. You can either try to shoot him from land or by boat. If you take the boat route, make sure you choose a fast one! We like the boat route.

The best way to do this is drive in front of him, then stand in the boat and shoot him down.
