Drive on over to the marked building. Go inside and run up a bunch of flights of stairs to get to the roof. Almost right in front of you is the sniper rifle, marked with a green arrow. Pick that up.

Now you're told to go over to the vantage point. You'll see his car drive up. Packie and "his associate". You're told crouching makes you more accurate. LT lets you look through the scope. R lets you aim. Watch the second guy of the enemies in the back. When the front guy pulls out a weapon, shoot the guy in the back. Then shoot the several guys behind him. It'll be dark so focus on the arrows to find them.

Once he's "introuble" go back to the main guy and shoot teh guy hurting him. More guys will come in from the back, again take them out.

Once they're all clear, your friends run for it. He leaves. Elizabeta talks to you. You tell her about the double cross. She has more work for you now.
