You meet Kate when you first start doing Packie's missions. She seems to like you. At first Packie says he'll kill you if you touch her - but after a few missions with him, he calls you and asks you to take her out. The family is worried about her not dating.

She doesn't like it if you show up in a limo?

The first time you date, she goes out at any time of night. However, after that if you call late she says she's asleep from midnight to 8am.
