You learn about the stun punch - get close to the guy at the car and press B to hit him. now you're fighting two guys.

Take them out, then drive back to the lockup. It's marked on the map

You call Vlad to let him know you're all set. He says to take it to car wash first. Do that.

Drop off the car - call Vlad. He says to come back to the bar for another mission.

In the meantime, you pick up Michelle the Undercover Cop again for another date. She's asking a lot about Roman and his criminal activities. That's not suspicious in any way. I imagine it's common conversation.

You take her out to play pool in a slimy bar.
