When an editor finishes with basic training, they move into launch stage. This three month period is where an editor hones their skills and learns how to manage a website and web community.

Every applicant in the BellaOnline network begins with basic training. This training ensures the trainee understands the basics of plagiarism and copyright law, and then provides basic instruction on how to use our website interface.

The key is to craft the title with key words, not ´teaser words´. Start with the specific words, and put the more general words further to the right. Try to stay with 5 words maximum so each word is "meaningful".
