Pop-up Cards

It’s so much fun to see someone getting a pop-up card. They’re usually not expecting it and so the surprise is fun. The main thing to remember is that the cuts should be made and folded in such a way that it becomes three dimensional when you open the card. For most templates, you cut thru the heavy lines and fold on the dotted lines. You will need a knife, paper scissors, card stock, glue stick, and a self-healing mat.

Here is a site with a very good explanation to the mechanics of a pop up card. You will need to create a stand for the inside of the card to put your main image with.
