Always keep a box or two of frozen green beans in your freezer! They make a super quick and easy meal or accompanyment to your meat or fish of the day.
1 box frozen green beans
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp basil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Cook the green beans as listed on the box - usually this involves boiling water, adding the frozen beans, bringing the water back up to boiling, and simmering, covered for 12 minutes.
Drain the beans. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Mix in the beans and all other ingredients. Saute for 5 minutes until thoroughly blended. Enjoy!
