This Atkins version of macaroni and cheese is really tasty, quick to cook and has about 8g of net carbs per serving. I'm full with half a serving!
I added some tuna fish into my meal and sprinkled on some dill and black pepper. You have to be sure with all low carb pasta to cook it for EXACTLY the time listed, not more or less. If you cook it too quick, it's hard. Too long, it's pasty.
It was rather good and we were both full before we finished our servings. So if 8g is too much for you for a plate, just turn this into a four serving box, have 4g each and enjoy some tuna or salmon or other fresh meats with it.
The only down side is that you have to find a store that carries this, or buy it on line!
