Cherry Cobbler

Crock-pot Cherry Cobbler

  • 1 can (16 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • 1 box Jiffy® yellow cake mix or 1/2 box any brand 2 layer yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation -
Spoon the cherry pie filling into a lightly buttered 3-1/2 or 4 qt. crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spoon the mixture on top of the hot pie filling. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until the topping is "baked" and the filling is thick and bubbly.
