2 cups corn (frozen whole kernel corn or use fresh corn when in season
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation - Melt the butter in large saucepan.. Add onion, celery and red pepper. Cook uncovered ove medium heat for about 4 or 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add flour, and cook, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes. Gradually add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add milk, evaporated milk, crabmeat, corn, paprika and pepper. Heat, stirring, stirring often for about 5 minutes or until ingredients are blended well and pipng hot.
